My Personal Question again, (NOT Forced ^^)
I am wondering, was it WRONG for Kino to want more??? I mean, he had very very very very little things to support his family, he had only a shack and his canoe that was pretty valuable... I think that it was all right for him to want more, I mean think about it, if you had a chicken, and other people had a BUNCH of COWS, wouldn't you want more so you would try to gain more??? I mean, I would. I think that Kino wanted to Gain More for his family so he risked everything... But, he went wrong, he shouldn't kill people in the process, even though he was trying to make his family have a better life... Maybe he should have just sold the pearl for the money at least...
What do you guys think???

You deffanitly have a piont. Ya I think that it wasn't wrong for him to want more and to try to get more, but for him to go overboard was wrong. You know to the point that he ends up killing people.
Hey don't you think it is ironik that the whole piont of Kino finding the pearl was to save Coyotito and in the end he ends up having Coyotioto killed because of the pearl?
Yeah, that is very ironic... Went to save C and then killed him...

I think that Kino crossed the line, he wanted more than the pearl buyers were willing to pay, and wasn't happy even though it was a lot comparred to what he had then. He went too far and held on to the pearl too long, and he ended up paying for it.
Of course it isn't wrong to want a better life for your family, but he wanted the best possible life for them and wasn't happy with just better.

Yeah, I guess that wanting more is fine, but wanting too more or the way of doing it is horrifingly wrong. I think that the way of getting more that is bad can go wrong
